It’s always our goal to make your ordering process as efficient as possible. Learn all about our shipping policies and procedures below created to ensure that you are always pleased with your purchases.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is USPS. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-5 business days for standard shipping. The shipping rates are as follows:

Standard shipping (3 to 5 business days): $5.95 flat rate  (FREE standard shipping on all orders over $39)

Expedited shipping (2 business days): $14.95 flat rate

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands take 6 to 8 business days.

We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.

Our expedited shipping is USPS and does not deliver on Sundays.

If you wish to unsubscribe from our Customer Registry, you may edit your profile under Your Account or simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of an email we have sent you.

Order Status

We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 2:00PM PST Monday-Thursday, and 12pm (noon) PST Friday, will not be processed until the next business day.

If you want to check the status of your order, please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. If you have questions about your order, please email us at [email protected] and we would be happy to assist you.

Change Submitted Orders

If you need to change an order you have already placed, please email us at [email protected] and select the subject “My Order” and topic “Can I Change My Order?”. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.

Report Order Problem

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us at [email protected] or call 1-877-323-CHIL. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Should you ever buy anything from us directly on our website that is not satisfying to you, you may return it for a full refund minus shipping and handling charges within 30 days of purchasing. Original packaging must be included in the return.

Please email [email protected] with this subject line: “Return Authorization Request – [your order number]” and we will reply with a Return Authorization Number that you will use to send the product back.

All product purchased via retail, not to include wholesale orders, carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of these products, please follow these guidelines to receive a full refund less any shipping charges.

  1. Obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our support team by emailing [email protected] or calling our customer support line at 1-877-323-CHIL.
  2. Ship back product in box exactly as it was delivered to the return address below.
  3. Include a copy of your receipt, the RMA number and include the reason for the return.
  4. Please send returns along with your RMA number and a copy of your receipt to:

ChilWellness.com recommends shipping returned product by USPS, UPS or FedEx with tracking, as risk of loss in shipping the returned product shall be borne solely by the Customer. If returned product is not received at the ChilWellness.com distribution center, it is the responsibility of the Customer to trace the shipment and no credit will be applied.

For our bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return. If you buy ChilWellness.com products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our money-back guarantee or otherwise assist you with issues that you may encounter.
